The mission of the Living Well at Robson Ranch Committee
is to promote activities and education by offering everyone living at Robson Ranch an opportunity to enhance their physical,
mental and emotional well being. The committee realizes that many wonderful activities exist at Robson Ranch, and we
did not want to do anything that would interfere with those events that are functioning so well. Our purpose is to enrich
the existing opportunities and expand to new opportunities for community involvement. The Living Well at Robson Ranch Committee will sponsor various events, speeches,
classes, and games throughout the year. The Committee is responsible for the annual Health Fair held in March each
year, and the Senior Games held in February and September each year. Currently, the Committee sponsors WOW (Watch
our Weight), the yoga instructors, Water Art, and Keep on Moving. We also donated equipment for and help
advertise Water Volleyball and Wii activities. If you have recommendations, suggestions, or would like to volunteer

Boot Camp is a FUN 50 minute choreographed fitness program that works every muscle in your body and is done to music
from the 50’s, 60’s and 70‘s era. It incorporates stretching, cardio endurance and toning as it strengthens
core strength and balance. Boot Camp meets every Monday and Wednesday 11 AM to 12 PM
and Friday 9 AM to 10 AM…all in the Sports Center Gym
Aqua Zumba integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines.
Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:45 – 10:45 at the Sports Club Indoor Pool.
Mat Pilates at Robson Ranch
Class Schedule: Mondays 9 am Advanced,
Tuesday 8:45 am Intermediate, 10 am Beginner, 7 pm Beginner/Intermediate evening class, Thursday 8:45 am Intermediate, 10
This is a new club that has 40-50 people expressing an
interest and are scheduling semi-monthly routes.
Walk Away the Pounds
This is a great
exercise program that allows each attendee to work at theri own level. Classes are held at the Sprots lClub Gym, Monday
through Friday at 7 am, 8 am, and 9 am, Saturday at 8 am. You will see Peggy there most mornings.
Classes include warm up, aerobics, noodle exercise, and cool down. The classes are for men
and women. Classes are held Monday through Friday 8 to 9 am, M, W, F, Sat 8 to 9 am, and 9 to 10 pm.
WOW (Watch Our Weight) is a meeting for those of us who enjoy a little support from our
friends while going through the weight loss and maintenance process. They meet every Wednesday at 9 am in the Clubhouse.
