Don, we wish to thank you for a job well done in selling our house on Crestridge Dr. We were on a challenging schedule with the signing of a lease for our apartment, having to downsize to a smaller residence, and working with our children in preparing to move. Hopefully through their participation in our moving, our family members will see our new location as a place to visit. They certainly liked Robson Ranch.
Having sold real estate for several years in the Granbury Area, I both enjoyed and felt the stress throughout the selling process, Your steadying influence was most helpful with a good number of showings, negotiating the contract including inspections, repairs, and strategies for completing the sale. Also, on a more personal note, you were able to balance your new role on the Denton City Council and the selling of our property.
I didn't realize you had such an extensive background in real estate. You could be in the classroom sharing your experiences with other realtors, especially those starting out in the business.
We are getting settled in our apartment, meeting folks, and taking care of issues associated with moving. Selling the house has really helped us.
Hope to see you when we visit the Denton Area. Good luck to you and your other realtors.
Thanks, Much, Doc and Bev Clegg
